in the past.
If you want to breakthroughÂ
something in particular,Â
you need to reflect on this:
What have you been…
- reading
- listening
- watching?
Who have you been…
- seeking advice from (even if it’s an influencer, author, etc.)
- sharing your secrets (and dreams) with
- paying attention to?
Do they bring you
more peace and happiness?
Or do they cause youÂ
greater struggle and stress?
