I’ve created an ✍🏻 Online Self Discovery Journal 
for you to find clarity about yourself
by practising: 

  1. paying attention to your thoughts, 
  2. giving yourself the safe space to express and heal your emotions, 
  3. acknowledging your gut-feelings,
  4. having clarity in who you are (instead of letting others define you)

Dear One, to help you feel *seen* and acknowledged,
this journal is a Google Form which you can 
easily type in your response
and share them with a ‘safe-person’ (me 😊)
