Were you also like a sponge?

Last week,
we time-travelled to your past.

We helped you remember
you as a child with these 3 questions.

This week,
I ask you:

Do you know that
as children,
we all have one thing in common?

We were all like a sponge.

When we were little human beings,
every day,

we had absorbed
and soaked it all in

  • a word,
  • a glance,
  • a shaking of the head,
  • a sigh,
  • a nod,
  • a smile,
  • a shout,
  • a punishment,
  • a reward…

From who?

(Toekatsu Nagano)

From the adults you had spent
most of your time with.

Your parents, caretaker,
teachers, tutors, etc.

You had ‘soaked up’
all that you’ve been
directly and indirectly taught
from these adult figures and childhood events.

You then carry everything
you have absorbed
– in the way you
see, think, feel and value
yourself and yourself

And now,
you have grown up
into the unique person
you are now

– the person
they’ve influenced and shaped.

Dear One,
today, you are still
that child.

The difference is,
now as an adult,

you have the power

to seek and understand

the person you have become.

<Your Soul Assignment>

This week, attempt to
write a letter from you at seven years old
to you at your current age.

What would you tell yourself?

***Don’t belittle this exercise.
You may be surprised what you’ll discover.

You may experience a healing and breakthrough
you never expected
– IF you do this with an open heart 💓

Try it to experience it.
I stand for your healing and transformation.
