The Power of Looking At Your Heart 💓

Have you found out 
are you more of a Thinker or Feeler 
from last week’s little game yet?

Let me share with you a short story:

Two weeks ago, 
a client said to me in her Breakthrough Session,

“Val, I don’t know why 
for the past 2 weeks, 
I feel stuck.

I couldn’t reflect at all.
I was just busy working.

Even right now, 
I can’t think of anything…”

I gently asked her, 

“Miss B, that’s okay.
You don’t need to think of anything now.

Let’s shift our attention
from here (I pointed to my head)
to here (I held the left of my chest,
where my heart is).

How about tell me, 
how have you been feeling
past two weeks?”

Within seconds, 
streams of tears started 
rolling down Miss B.’s cheeks.

This is when
her healing begins
in the session.

How have you been feeling?
