๐Ÿ•ถ Wil You Be The 6th?

Shall we play a game?

Fill in the blanks:

“The top 5 people I spend the most time with
are ___________, ____________
and ____________.”

Describe them with three common traits they have.

For example, consider:

– What do they like to talk about?
– How are they in their physical health, finances and career?
– Do they value growth?
– What are the common struggles or challenges they have?
– How do they define success?

You may wonder,
“Val, why does this matter?”

<Wisdom Note>

Dear One, what if:

The five people you spend the most time with are ______, ________, _______ and
you *may* be the 6th?

We cannot help but influence the people we are closest.

Have you ever considered how their lives influence yours (and vice versa)?

<Your Practice This Week>

Following up from last week’s Reflection Practice,

Here’s point #2: RECOGNISE the limitations in your world

Do you know?

in my work with clients, I’ve learned this truth:

When you subconsciously internalise other people’s
opinions, criticisms, doubts and fears

and accept them as your own,

You limit yourself from how far you can go.

You may end up neglecting the possibilities of
appreciating your strengths
– much less cultivating your true value and potential.

Dear One, you can avoid this (without the drama of burning bridges or cutting ties with your family or people you care about).

 Now, looking at yourself and the top 5 people
you spend most of your time with,
reflect and list how ‘other people’s limits’ have become your limits. List.

Get clarity. Then create new intentions.
This is the start of your breakthrough!

Val
